Get into the spooky spirit by walking through our Haunted Garden. From the 26th of October, Vandeleur Walled Garden will be transformed into a cob-web-covered, ghastly graveyard! Our tombstones will have you dying with laughter, featuring pun-filled inscriptions that are drop-dead funny. Bring the whole family for a ghoulishly good time!

Screech Walk: October 26th – November 1st
From October 26th, join us in our Haunted Garden for a spooky Screech Walk—a spine-tingling, interactive mystery trail where you can dress up and amble down haunted pathways while trying to solve the Grim Garden Secret. Don’t forget to pick up your spooktacular activity sheet at the entrance to keep track of all the clues! There will also be Halloween-themed activities peppered throughout the week, including pumpkin carving, a flower demonstration, storytelling, and more! While fancy dress isn’t compulsory, it is highly encouraged. We can’t wait to see how creative you get with your costumes!

Saturday 26th, Monday 28th, and Wednesday 30th: Pumpkin Carving Demonstration by Karoly Torok
Monday 28th: Seasonal Pumpkin Flower Arrangement Demonstration by Phil Crowley
Wednesday 30th: Face painting
Wednesday 30th: Folklore & Storytelling with Balor Otherworld, a storyteller from County Clare.
